Food bank - Drivers for Pick Up and Delivery
Job description:
The job is based out of our main base in Rangiora
• Collect food from suppliers/donors
• Ensure food is delivered on time and to the right person.
• Maintain a polite manner to all suppliers and clients
• Pick up and store food correctly during transit
• Label food boxes with donators name.
• Unload goods to MMCT’s inwards goods area
• Have a clean driver’s license
• Help with sorting at the MMCT depot as required
• Preform other duties as directed by manager/supervisor
Hours of work
2 to 3 hours per week depending on the availability of the volunteer

Job description:
Job is based at our main base in Rangiora
• Assist foodbank managers in receiving and packing orders
• Make sure that received food packets are sorted, stocked and stored in an appropriate manner
• Ensure proper refrigeration of frozen items and perform rotation duties as necessary
• Collect appropriate data to determine food needs in specific areas
• Ensure appropriate packaging of food and ensure packed food is delivered to the right persons’ in a time-efficient manner
• Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the food pantry
• Make sure that all surfaces in the food pantry are sanitized in accordance with the standards of the organization
• Greet clients and assist them during food bank activities
• Assist at the front desk of the foodbank or be first contact when foodbank is mobile and provide information to visitors and clients
• Handle the intake process according to the company’s regulations
• Dispose of waste food correctly see “Food Waste Disposal Policy”
• Assist the manager in contacting clients and assist them with information as required
• Preform administration duties like data entry into our computer system. sorting and maintaining client’s lists
• Scheduling of deliveries to clients as required
• Packing items into boxes for delivery to clients and popup food banks
• Preform other duties as directed by manager/supervisor

Job description:
The Trust is seeking a person with experience in applying, managing and securing grants.
• Liaise with the CEO to establish fund seeking priorities to the end of 2021
• Develop a fundraising plan
• Identify potential sources of grant funding, using a range of resources.
• Research potential donors to gain insight into needs, beliefs, and donation habits to understand how to position our organisation to them
• Prepare and submit grant applications and liaise with funding bodies
• Meet or surpass fundraising targets
• Liaise with the CEO to ensure the acquired funds are being used for the designated purpose
• Fulfil timely reporting requirements for grants received
• Establish relationships with donors, grant agencies and sponsors
• Keep an effective electronic multi-user accessible cloud filing system
• Submit regular progress reports to the CEO
• Seek funding for this role to continuation into 2021

• Meeting with the Director to determine production vision.
• Reviewing raw material to determine shot sequence.
• Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
• Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
• Consulting with the Director and production team throughout the project.
• Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
Assent Videographer
• Shooting with different cameras
• Setting up lighting
• Capturing field audio
• Short-form videos for the web and social media
• Work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and also work independently
• Meet the goals and objectives of the Mountain Meadows.
